Lifestyle photography… ahh it pulls at my heart strings. Perfect… never. Real… always. Oh man, I’ve said it for a while but truly, lifestyle photography speaks to my heart. As I was working through photo’s from my day spent with the Luther family, I couldn’t help but think back to my childhood and how awesome it is to have those moments documented. And as a Mom, to actually be in some of the photo’s (this is worse as a photographer, I assure you) is just priceless. Lifestyle photography allows us to capture those favorite moments, document them for future generations, or maybe just gives us a glimpse into the life each family lives.

The Luther family is pretty much just amazing. Truly amazing. I can’t tell you how amazing it is that a family invites you into their home for a day to capture them, just them… it makes you vulnerable to have someone in your home.. with a big fancy camera. But I’m pretty sure this beautiful family is 100% perfection. I loved our time… really loved it. I’ve always wanted a big huge family and to see them all together makes me want it all the more….
